Version 2.17 of Purchase Orders Online has now been released
The latest upgraded version of Purchase Orders Online is now available and has a range of new features.
For example, when creating a purchase order the sub total is displayed as each item is entered so it is possible to see the cumulative value of the order. There is also a type ahead style facility when creating a PO or indexing an invoice which eliminates the need to load the full list of suppliers to select from.
Additional functionaIity includes the ability to ‘hold’ indexing information when uploading invoices which is very useful when indexing several invoices from the same supplier. The system also now has a user dashboard which displays statistics relating to current purchase orders.
