O&S Doors are now using Purchase Orders Online
Based in Northern Ireland, O&S Doors Ltd is the UK and Ireland’s largest manufacturer of kitchen and bedroom doors, panels and associated accessories. The business was established in 1988 by Peter O'Donnell and now employs more than 360 people.
In 2014 O&S Doors was sold to a private equity investor whose other investments include the retailers Dreams and American Golf. The company’s growth had been so rapid that it was soon realised that they needed to gain more control over business procedures which in the main had been managed manually. One of the most important area’s which needed attention was the purchasing process. With almost 400 suppliers they needed a system which would completely automate and standardise the process throughout the organisation. They were also looking for a system which would manage the accompanying supplier invoices by matching them up to the PO’s and sending them to the relevant person for approval.
O&S chose Cloud B2B solutions Purchase Order and Purchase Invoice Approval System because it provided all the functionality they required and could also integrate with their Sage Accounts System. It has given them improved business efficiencies as well as complete transparency of expenditure and budgetary control.
