AITC sign up to Expenses Online
Albion in the Community (AITC) is the official charity of Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club. Using the power of football and the brand of the football club, they deliver opportunities which improve health, wellbeing and education within their community.
The Finance Department at AITC has been using Cloud B2B’s Purchase Order system for some time and has now signed up to the latest addition to their suite of products, Expenses Online. The system gives employees the ability to submit expense claims electronically and also monitor the approval process as the claim is being processed.
As Expenses Online has the same look and feel as Purchase Orders Online, it was a natural choice for AITC. Easy to use templates are provided for users to submit their claims which are then sent via workflow to a customized number of approvers.
