Set up employee files with documentation checks
With our human resources software, employee files can be easily set up, right from the beginning of the selection process.Staff files can have relevant supporting documents such as CV's uploaded.Once employed the selected person can be changed to Active status and the file updated with full information, including the need for important documents such as CRB checks, passports, driving licence, accreditation s etc. All forms of documents can be added over time into relevant sections of the employee file e.g. reviews, training, disciplinary, with the ability to set document review and deletion dates to meet GDPR standards.
A HRIS software suite for total employee record management
Our HR Online based solution is hosted in the UK and is fully secure - however the option to host the system on a server at Client site is available

The base line employee records management software can be enhanced by adding the Self Service module if applicable to provide a full HRIS system (human resources information system).
There are 2 interfaces In the Self Service module - one for HR and one for employees. Staff can submit online timesheet information, including overtime and sick notifications. They can also request Holiday leave and Change of Personal Details. A rota function to publish to relevant staff groups is also included.
As an additional option we can supply an on screen Time Log system to control time in and out of work.
Plus we can now offer our new Expenses Online System, to provide a full range of human resources software for all sizes of organisation.
Self Service Module - Leave, Staff timesheets, Rotas and more
This optional module means staff can access their own HR files, submit requests for leave via configured workflow, where managers or HR can approve or reject requests, and employees can check on status of their requests. They can also view annual calendars for other staff holidays before submitting on screen requests, thereby avoiding conflicts with other team members and relevant company policy.
A basic on screen timesheet workflow is included, to support the payroll function. The software also has the ability for staff to view rotas for their team or group.
Staff Time Log system
For some clients having the functionality to record accurately staff time in and out is important to drive payroll. With our on screen Time Log system, employees record time in and out on a daily basis, at an office or factory PC, lap top, tablet or net book. They can record breaks such as lunch. The admin function can record other types of time such as overtime leave, and sickness. This system can replace the Timesheet function in the Self Service module or can be purchased separately.
