Take the paper out of expense claims
With our Expenses OnLine system, everyone will gain from the ability to submit claims electronically, and monitor the approval process. Claimants will have the ability to scan or photo capture and attach receipts (doing away with the physical handling of a variety of paper sizes and formats) that justify the claim. The system will then workflow the claims for approval (approvers can return to the claimant for further justification / information) and once approved and submitted to Finance the claimant is emailed to keep them up to date.
