Searches are system customised folders that contain all the meta data information has been created, and is the main way that users can locate what they are searching for. They are available to users, dependant on system roles and permission structures that they have been allocated.
The online ordering system offers a range of sub menus under each title. For example, Purchase Orders have sub menus dependant on the status of a PO e.g. PO’s that are awaiting approval, or have been rejected, cancelled, closed, or are internal only.
For Suppliers there is an All Suppliers folder (that summarises each supplier with drill down to granular details), one for prices and product search (if imported), supplier ratings and associated terms and conditions.
For many, a range of search filters is also available, that includes set or selected date ranges.
