Usually one that can handle up to A3 size originals and has an ADF and flatbed (for more difficult paperwork). Access from wherever you are
Unlike physical files, with an internet connection you can access your store of information under secure password control from anywhere; ideal for when you are out for meetings - no more files to take with you. Just use the Searches icon to gain access to your files.
You can store any form of electronic data as well as scanned paperwork, using the Upload and Index facility.You just need access to the document (s) on your PC or network. With configured roles and permissions we can secure access to individual document types, on a per user basis.
Bring stored documents back for review or deletion
When you initially store documents in our File It system, you can flag them for review or mark them for deletion at a future date. This means you can manage the number and type of documents that you store, and come in line with any company or governmental rules about how long you retain specific documents. The system will also alert you to documents that are up and coming for review, or deletion via our automated dashboard that launches each time you log in.
